TheS5Fusionincludesajog/shuttlewheelatthe

bottomoftheCM401-Tcentersection.Oneofthe

most useful features of EuCon control is the abil-

ity to assign different functions to this wheel. As

wellasJogandShuttlethewheelmayalsobe

used for adjusting clip based functions in some

EuConDAWssuchastrimhead/tail,fadein/out,

slip, move and clip gain.

Automation functionality of DAW tracks is de-

pendentonthefeatureswithineachDAW.Any

fader,knoborswitchautomationforDAWtracks

is written directlytotheDAW software and is

not associated with the Euphonix S5 Fusion au-

tomation of DSP card channels. Faders are touch-

sensitive and knobs include auto-pickup function-

ality.AnyautomationplayingbackfromtheDAW

will move the appropriate faders, and display

changesontheknobLEDringsandswitches.
